The role is highly visible within our Group and extends much beyond pure functional leadership. With responsibility for the performance of multiple divisions, the challenge is setting strategy and driving this through the business and delivering in a testing environment.


Relationships and management of multiple stakeholders will be key to success within this role and individuals


with the ability to develop, communicate and deliver the business vision with broad workforce understanding and engagement will do well.
