brand new offi ce for Langford Russell in Locksbottom, Kent, marks serious expansion plans for the agent, which is part of the
Acorn Group. The success of Langford Russell at the middle and upper end of the property market in the London Borough of Bromley has stimulated the company’s expansion plans. It’s growth includes a ‘super offi ce’ that is currently nearing completion in Chislehurst – to become the borough’s second largest estate agency offi ce, the largest being Langford Russell’s fl agship building in Bromley South – and two further offi ces in new locations coming later in the year. ‘fi nishing touch’ expertise supplied by in- house interior designer Laura House. “Laura works on show homes for our developer clients and her eye for design has given each of our branches a unique look.” The opening of the Locksbottom offi ce
has proved to be one of the most successful launches in the group’s history, with over 150 people expressing an interest in Langford Russell’s services during the fi rst weekend.
