WATERFORDS ROLL OUT THE RE-BRAND

STIRLING ACKROYD BUSINESS BLOOMS IN LONDON Stirling Ackroyd has a new office in Bloomsbury, London, which will cover many sought after central areas, including Covent Garden and Holborn.

Waterfords has been working with Crucial Projects, a brand creation company, and has launched its re-brand. Whilst the existing ‘diamond’ logo is a respected marque locally, there was a desire to update the imagery and create a simpler but more dynamic icon. Andrew Tomlinson, Creative Director at Crucial Projects, says, “It was so important not to disturb the association of goodwill and professionalism that surrounded the old brand, and the skill was to transfer those feelings across to the new look whilst projecting a new and fresh dynamic which represents the Waterfords of today, and that will support the growth of the business going forward. We think that the new look will be as respected and as loved as the old one – the marque of a great brand!” Brendan Cox, MD at Waterfords,

says, “We are thrilled with the changes we have made to the brand, we have achieved our goal of a logo that will uphold an instantly recognisable brand within the marketplace with a fresher more dynamic look, whilst communicating our core values.”

Work has now begun on a new £3m, 25,000 sq ft building and is expected to take another six months to complete.

Ian Fraser, MD of HomeLet, said, “Our new building will be the new home of the business and all its employees. This is a very exciting time for everyone at HomeLet, and our people are looking forward to working in a brand new, state of the art office.

“The building will not only boost efficiency and service delivery, but also be a more pleasant place to work – which will help to retain the skilled team members we already have – and also attract new employees, when positions within the company become available.

HomeLet will be sponsoring the Negotiator Conference on October 24th.

important. Deposit disputes are set to become an entirely paperwork-based exercise and those agents who do not hold the detailed documentation will find things increasingly difficult”. The Pinstripe Inventories
