Intercounty will cycle 32 stages around the UK, starting in Exeter and moving clockwise around the British Isles. You can join them! “We don’t expect you to do the whole of
the 3,000 mile circuit of the UK with us,” says Jon, “although some brave souls have already signed up for this. You can participate in one of the 32 stages, organise your own small event or just simply pick a day and cycle to your appointments, all for charity.”
TARGET OF £100,000 We will raise this money by uniting all the national and independent property agents in the UK via social media, messaging, our website, a Blog, a presence at property conferences and support from The Negotiator and PROPERTYdrum. You can sponsor a stage, join the cycle team or organise your own event.
SO HOW ABOUT IT?
We will prove that property agents in the UK can organise themselves for the general benefit of the community and make a huge difference by raising a large sum of money for the homeless charities that the EAF support. Those working in the industry helping in
what will be a national and local event will be motivated and will get to know their community better. By offering our time and services in this organised charitable cause we will raise the profile of the UK Property Industry for the better. We may also get

fitter if we join in one of the route stages, or simply cycle to and from work or to all those appointments for a day
IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO JOIN IN!
So far, in addition to the lead team, over 40 cyclists will be taking part in either a few stages, one stage, part of a stage or just a few miles. The idea is that the cycle can attract all
levels of fitness and cycling ability to make the event suitable for as many agents as possible to take part. Many of the sponsors are also involved –
