with the appointment of Anthony Shapland as a Director. Anthony has 28 years of
property development experience and has worked for Colliers as a consultant in his previous role as Director at Clive House Estates Limited for the past 21 months, where he provided high-level development management advice, consultancy and market analysis to an extensive range of clients in the development and regeneration industries across the UK. The continued growth of the Fine Homes Department at Preston Bennett in Stanmore has been strengthened by the appointment of Ana Stratton as Fine Homes Manager. Ana will work closely with Director, Tony Stone, and the team, to focus on the specific needs of sellers and buyers of prestigious residences in Middlesex, N.W. London and South Hertfordshire. career at Andrews, has seen him manage a flagship estate agency offices in Clifton and, more recently, heading up the new homes offering for the Bath and Bristol area.
In this new role, Martin will
