Chesterton Humberts has appointed a new IT Director, Attilio Morosini, to strengthen the company’s
technology capabilities supporting business development. Attilio has 25 years experience with senior positions including recruitment consultancies Beresford Blake Thomas, Randstad Care and Spherion. At Chesterton Humberts he will be responsible for formulating and delivering a business led IT strategy that encompasses systems development, support, infrastructure and outsourcing. Morosini says, “Chesterton

Zoopla welcomes product director
Zoopla has appointed Lydia Goldberg as Product Director. With 15 years of experience in key product
roles, Lydia’s last role was Product Director at European Directories. Prior to that Lydia held roles at Trinity Mirror, Yahoo! and BT. Lydia will oversee all trade and consumer product related activities at Zoopla and will be responsible for product definition, development and delivery as well as management of the growing product team at Zoopla, reporting directly to Founder and CEO Alex Chesterman.

Alan has 20 years of experience in the construction industry and will play a key role in the delivery of project management services in the project and building consultancy division. Alan joins Cluttons from
professional services provider Turner Townsend where he was a director. Prior to this he held the position of partner at global construction consultants Davis Langdon.

The National Landlords Association (NLA) has appointed Richard Lambert as Chief
Executive Officer. David Salusbury, NLA Chairman, said, “Our aim was to find an experienced individual with wide knowledge of the private rented sector and we have certainly found that in Richard. I look forward to working with him as the NLA moves towards its strategic goals.” Richard began his career as a
parliamentary civil servant before moving into public affairs. He was Policy Director at the BPF for five years before becoming CEO at the British Woodworking Federation. Richard said, “The NLA has
established itself at the forefront of the PRS. I leapt at the opportunity to join such a dynamic association, and am keen to begin working to further develop the NLA’s capacity to represent the legitimate interests of landlords to bring about a fair and balanced PRS.”
