LAUNCHES Who grows there?

‘If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs...’ There is still courage and growth in the property world.

With their background in the City, senior management Ian Shelley and James Baring realised that work pressures and time constraints make it difficult for people to visit property consultants in West London. Brompton’s new service office in the City bridges this gap bringing properties in Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Belgravia to the doorstep of City workers and investment bankers, the prime purchasers of properties in these areas. Ian Shelley, MD at Brompton

Ltd, says, “As former City workers we understand the difficulties facing people wanting to buy in West London. So we have opened a new office to bring our discreet, personalised service to them based on years of experience and knowledge.”

Faron Sutaria is extending its branch network across London, opening a new office in Camden, which will offer sales and lettings services. Situated in a prime location in NW1, it is equidistant from the three main areas it will cover, Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill and Camden. As part of the office launch, Faron Sutaria is offering a zero per cent introductory sales fee. Faron Sutaria’s new Camden

office will be run by Branch Manager Polly Ogden, who says, “I

am very excited to be joining Faron Sutaria and launching its Camden office as the company expands. Faron Sutaria is a young, dynamic company which is a good fit for the vibrancy of Camden”. Ben Taylor, MD adds, “This is

Faron Sutaria’s first office outside West London and is the start of a wider expansion plan across the Capital. We have chosen Camden as geographically the location covers a diverse range of properties across all sectors of the market”.

ChanCellors 46th BranCh

The Chancellors Group of Estate agents has announced the acquisition of its 46th branch, located in Camberley, Surrey. The Chancellors Group have

taken on the long established residential sales and lettings arms of the independently owned Chancellor & Sons and are pleased to welcome back a branch that has over 200 years of history and a relationship with the Chancellors Group dating back to 1855. This is the Group’s third branch opening in 18 months and is a fantastic step for their ongoing expansion plans since the launch of their new branding in 2010. Robert Scott-Lee, MD, says “It is

a very exciting time for us to be acquiring new offices and expanding in territories where we believe we can deliver fantastic service to many new customers.” Our new office will be strongly supported by our well established teams in Lightwater and Sunningdale and I have high expectations for the development of the business and the increase in market share across Surrey that the addition of Camberley will help us achieve.”
