ENCLOSURES

These high quality, industrial standard wheels are manufactured in Polyurethane with sealed ball races giving extra smooth movement, easing out the bumps from the paving and making the building roll with a dramatically reduced effort.

The roof sections of each bay are glazed with a high tech polycarbonate with a double wall cell structure to aid temperature stability. This is achieved by limiting heat loss and maximising internal reflection of heat in the enclosure. The roof section has been increased to a 10mm thick twin wall polycarbonate, surpassing the industry standard of 6mm. This polycarbonate roof sheet has a ‘U’ Value of 3.1w/m2

“ALL ENCLOSURES WILL OFFER SIMILAR BENEFITS; NAMELY AN EXTENDED, OR INDEED INDEFINITE SWIMMING SEASON, PROTECTION OF THE POOL FINISH AND SURROUNDS FROM ULTRA VIOLET RADIATION AND OTHER RAVAGES FROM THE ELEMENTS AND SAFETY AND SECURITY FOR ALL WHO USE THE POOL AND FROM ALL THOSE WHO MAY INADVERTENTLY FIND THEIR WAY INTO THE POOL (CHILDREN AND ANIMALS)”

K. Resisting

impact damage it’s the high strength option. Mould and algae are dramatically reduced by using a ‘no-drop’ coating which limits the formation of condensation droplets. The twin wall material allows excellent light transmission levels (Clear=80%) and with a minimal weight of 1.7Kg Sq/M, so ensuring the building does not become too heavy. Certikin enclosures are made from extruded aluminium sections. The side walls are glazed with 6mm high quality glass clear acrylic. Light-weight, easy to maintain and with very durable material, the Endless Summer structure is strong enough to allow an upgrade to a toughened glass side wall option. Double brushed base rails ensure the maximum resistance to debris at floor level and this, in turn, reduces pool cleaning and chemical usage.

Metal surfaces are coated with a velvet smooth finish Patina Green colour – this new colour is designed to blend into any environment. However, all RAL colours can be specified (at an additional cost).

SWIM IN COMFORT WITH ARCH ENCLOSURES

Designed for home, schools and commercial use, Arch Enclosures supplies enclosures from 5m wide and are known for their larger enclosures up to 23m wide (16ft – 82ft) and any length. To accommodate these larger widths there are five different structural arch designs. They have been structurally designed

taking into account wind and snow loadings and weather conditions we are likely to have in this country. The size of the profile used is governed by the width required. The largest arch allows for a 23m wide enclosure. The calculations for each individual enclosure are provided for building regulation approvals. Arch enclosures have rubber seals instead of brush seals ensuring complete elimination of wind, dust and rain leaks. All their glazing is highly rated polycarbonate as opposed to the less expensive and shorter life span of methacrylate acrylics.

All Arch Enclosures feature guide rails which provide stability and smooth operation and for peace of mind in high wind conditions, stainless ‘fingers’ that hook under the rails to lock the enclosure to the ground. For telescopic enclosures, Arch Enclosures can link several mobile vaults together thus reducing the number of vaults and the number of ground rails. This is important as each mobile vault telescopes into the next. Therefore with many moving vaults the height and width of the enclosure is reduced. The more vaults the lower the head height and narrower the unit becomes.

Arch also supply the Super Flat telescopic enclosure. Recently launched, this modern solution provides complete safety for those looking for a non-obtrusive, elegant and stunning look cover. A four vault cover is only 0.52m high. Clear polycarbonate glazing adds to the ambience at night when the pool lights are on.

Extended rails allows the cover to be telescoped completely clear of the pool

installed on super flat 12mm rails. The arrest system allows the segments to lock and unlock each other automatically as they slide. The cover comes in a choice of anodised aluminium or powder coated white. Optional motorised system also available. Great for the DIY market, Arch’s Boxed Low Level Enclosure has proved to be a winner. Everything down to the last nut and bolt is packed in a box which means more economical delivery costs, short lead times plus the product is well protected during transit. Three models were designed to fit the three most popular pool sizes and each model has a choice of two heights, two glazing options and two colours.

Extended rails allow the enclosure to be telescoped completely clear of the pool and the enclosure is installed with a revolutionary new, ingenious and very safe segment orienting-locking mechanism. This multifunctional and patented invention was developed by the manufacturers and is only installed in their enclosures.
