cooking them to perfection in imaginative ways. Jon believes food is one of greatest joys of life and brings a sensible balance of delight, flavour and health to his creations weather it is a simple bar meal, a celebratory dinner or wedding menu.
Jon contributes abundantly to the quirky personality of
the stylish, modern hotel where one can dine in a location where sumptuous food is brought to your table in the relaxed elegance of the Coniston Kitchen.
