Halloween fun and spooky fright night trains, Kent and East Sussex Railway, Tenterden. Enjoy spooktacular entertainment all day at Tenterden station and join in the ‘make and take’ activities. All activities included in the ticket. As the clock strikes 6pm on October 31 and November 1
take a spooky journey, on one of the popular fright night trains. Once on board, be prepared to be frightened silly with ghostly goings on at stations with a firework display and a few surprises along the way. Stargazing and moon-watching, Bough Beech Visitor Centre, Sevenoaks Discover much more about the moon, planets and the stars using an astronomical telescope. Activities for all ages and refreshments are available. 5pm–9.30pm. Donations welcome.

November 7 Gravesend's firework display, Gordon Promenade, Riverside Leisure Area All are welcome to this annual free firework display on the Thames.
November 8 Bonfire and firework spectacular, Kent Life, Maidstone Be stunned by the fire breathers lighting the bonfire and witness the countdown to the spectacular firework display. The evening will be entertaining for all ages with activities including face painting, children's fairground rides, glow sticks galore, a licensed bar and music. Open from 3pm, spooktacular show at 7:45pm.

Detling antiques and collectors fair, Kent County Showground, Detling, Maidstone Up to 400 exhibitors in the two halls, marquees, shopping arcades and outside grounds, offering antiques, collectables and vintage items.
November 9 Fly a kite day, Emmetts Garden, near Sevenoaks Emmetts is one of the highest points in Kent, which means it can get pretty windy so is perfect for flying kites. Join the fun in the meadow and have a go at flying one of their kites. Free event but normal admission charges apply.
