Stephen Donnelly, DO, FAAP is a Board Certifi ed Pediatri-


cian specializing in Integrative Medicine. He provides a unique blend of conventional and holistic complementary healthcare to pediatric and young adult patients on a one on one consultative basis. He focuses on promoting wellness and treats a wide range of conditions by facilitating the body’s innate healing process. A unique partnership is created between the patient, family, pri- mary and specialty care providers, and Dr. Donnelly to achieve optimal health and healing. Lindy Grigel, PA-C, MHP, CCH, is a certifi ed physician assis-


tant with expertise in Family and Integrative Medicine. To compli- ment her practice, she applies her extensive education and mas- tery in Classical Homeopathy and Occupational Therapy. With her extensive training and experience in traditional allopathic and homeopathic medicine, Lindy has a deep understanding of children and the infl uences of the 21st century. Drawing upon that background, Lindy successfully integrates conventional and homeopathic paradigms. Dr. Donnelly and Lindy both provide consultative pediatric and young adult care for wellness and acute and chronic illness.


They treat a wide range of conditions including: asthma, aller- gies, eczema, ADND, OCD, IBS/IBD, Celiac disease, headaches, and many more acute and chronic illnesses. Acupuncturist - Carie Bernard C


arie Bernard is a Licensed Acupuncturist currently practicing in Portland and York, Maine. Carie’s individualized approach to healing focuses on treating the whole person, not just the disease. In her practice, Carie uses a gentle style of acupuncture, as well


as cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, acupressure and Chinese herbs. Carie also offers Facial Rejuvenation using a non-needle technique with an Acutron Mentor and Energy Light Rejuvenation. Carie holds a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture, the oldest acupuncture school in the United States. She has also received training at Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA. Carie has extensive experience in a variety of clinical settings including the pediatric and outpatient department at Boston Medical Center, Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, Roxbury Comprehensive Community Center, and private clinical settings.
