This allows the buyer to comfortably view the property and openly discuss their interest, plus a professional agent will draw the potential buyer’s attention to your property’s main selling points.
Internet – Make sure the agent you select to sell your home is using ALL of the big property websites as well as local and national media property sections, giving your home maximum exposure to the market.
Staff – the agents selling your home should have experienced and knowledgeable staff who know about the local market. Make sure that agency staff provide full feedback from all viewings.
