May 3 – 5 May Day Festival, Hever Castle Traditional celebrations to welcome in the spring. Join the Lord and Lady of the May as they dance around the maypole. Meet the mythical Green Man from folklore and follow Jack-in-the-Green in a customary May Day procession through the grounds as he wakes up the gardens.
May 3 –5 Fun & Farming Weekend, Kent Life, Sandling Celebrate farming traditions of Kent: get stuck in to life at the farm, learn how to be a farmer by grooming and feeding the animals, watch displays, and even have a go at driving the tractor. Take time out to browse local produce stalls while enjoying live music. Adults £9.25, Child £7.25 (age 3-15), Concessions £8.25. Kent Life members free.
May 4
Beating the Bounds, Westerham The historic town of Westerham is ‘Beating the Bounds’, complete with a family trail, activities on the Green and a mapped 12-mile scenic route for enthusiastic walkers. In the centre of the parish there will be a Farmers' Market, music and a BBQ on the Green and children's entertainment from midday. This free May Day event is for locals and visitors alike.

May 18 Meet Peppa Pig Kent Life, Sandling Peppa Pig returns to enjoy the sights, sounds and activities at Kent Life. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet Peppa at intervals throughout the day. Normal admission prices.
