Teriyake Chicken with
Spring Onions

2 chicken breasts 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp clear honey 1 tbsp soy sauce Juice of 1 lime
• Handful of spring onions, chopped in to 2cm pieces 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method •

Heat the vegetable oil in a medium frying pan.
Chop the chicken into bite size chunks and stir fry then for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in 1/2 tsp sesame oil, the honey and soy sauce and cook until the chicken caramelises.
• Add in the chopped spring onions and stir fry until they begin to colour.
• Add the lime juice to the chicken & Stir well. Remove the pan from the heat, stirring all the time.

Drizzle the remaining sesame oil over the chicken and spring onion mixture, then sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Serve the teriyake chicken on a bed of noodles or rice.
