First Timer- Lesson for those who want to try Cross Country Skiing. This lesson is for those who have never been on skis and want to learn. Topics covered include: body position, gliding on skis, pole use, turning, uphill and downhill. Ski Refresher – Lesson for those who have skied before or taken a previous lesson.
