Aikido Adult Beginning 4 weeks | Ages 15+ Aikido is a powerful martial art that seeks to blend with the attack and redirect the energy into a throw or joint lock and pin. Ko’oko’o Hula (Long Cane Dance) 4 weeks | Ages 13+ Learn this martial arts form and the associated

techniques. This hula emphasizes attack and defense techniques with a six foot long cane. The long cane differs from the short cane in that it is held in the middle and utilizes both ends of the cane to strike. The short cane Is typically held similar to a baseball bat.
