Well, here’s the solution: 30 minutes of straightforward Zumba Fitness followed by 30 minutes of old-fashioned strength training (squats, lunges, biceps curls and more). Join us as we take you through this FUN 30/30 class. You’ll get lots of options to take the intensity and impact up/down plus wall options if you prefer no floor work. Bring handweights .
