Who we are - A group of independent professionals dedicated to supporting families through divorce and separation by ensuring someone is always at your side providing a confidential service tailored to suit your circumstances.
What we do - Our aim is to provide a joined up service between lawyers, mediators and (where needed) other professionals. The mediators have responsibility for facilitating confidential discussions between a couple so that they have the opportunity to discuss and reach agreement about arrangements for their children, the legal framework and the separation of their finances. The lawyers are there to support each of you in the mediation process and provide legal advice and guidance, where you need it, on any of the issues being discussed. When a resolution has been reached through mediation, your lawyer’s job is to make sure it is recorded in a way to ensure it is legally binding.
How we do it - By working with you to provide a comprehensive service that will be cost effective, transparent and professional. The mediator will (with your prior agreement) communicate with the lawyers and provide them with the information they need to provide you with clear and concise advice so that the mediation process isn’t delayed. You will not need to worry about telling your lawyer what is happening in mediation meetings: we will do that for you so that by the time you speak with your lawyer they know the issues you need guidance on.
