DAY 1:
Friday.ROME. (Welcome cocktail, dinner) Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival at Rome airport please proceed through the Passport Control and collect your luggage inside the customs area. Transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the Eternal City. In the evening, meeting at hotel with tour host which will provide information regarding the program and literature of the destination that are about to be visited and will offer a welcome cocktail and a light dinner at 7:30pm. Overnight in Rome.
DAY 2: Saturday. ROME. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) After breakfast, Guided visit of the Coliseum. At the end of the tour, we will stop for lunch. In the afternoon, continue the exploration of Rome with a visit of the Vatican Museum. You will explore Vatican art and its history. Discover the masterpieces of Greek and Roman ancient art, works of Raphael, Michelangelo and Caravaggio, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica. After the end of the tour, return to the hotel by private coach. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner. Overnight in Rome.
DAY 3:
Sunday.ROME. (Breakfast) Breakfast at the hotel. Today is at leisure. Go explore magnificent Rome and all it has to offer or venture down to the Amalfi coast for the day. Overnight in Rome.
DAY 4:Monday. SIENA AND SAN GIMIGNANO. (Breakfast, Lunch) In the morning, meeting with the driver and departure to
Siena.The drive itself is a magnificent path along the roads of Tuscany, where it is possible to enjoy the view of the hills covered by vineyards, olive trees, small villages and original bell towers. The first stop is Siena, probably Italy’s loveliest medieval city. Enjoy a walking tour with a local guide. Siena’s heart is Il Campo or Campo’s square, where the famous horse race Il Palio takes place two times each summer. The town offers magnificent masterpieces and incredible views. Continue to Florence and en route stop in San Gimignano. The town is listed as a World Heritage site and fascinates for its medieval look. Its high towers create a unique skyline. Enjoy the village on your own. Arrive in Florence in late afternoon. Free time for dinner. Overnight in Florence.

DAY 5:Tuesday. FLORENCE. (Breakfast) In the morning, enjoy a guided walking tour of the city including the Accademia. Lorenzo de Medici transformed Florence into the cradle of the Renaissance by attracting the best artists, architects and writers of the time such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Botticelli to whom he commis- sioned various works. Visit Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, the Dome with Giotto’s bell tower, Ponte Vecchio, and Santa Croce. Spend the afternoon at leisure exploring Florence on your own, maybe taking the opportunity to visit the Chianti or Lucca. Overnight in Florence.
DAY 6:Wednesday.FLORENCE.Dinner in Chianti (Breakfast, Dinner) Breakfast in hotel. The day is at leisure. There are many optional tours available. You many visit Pisa, with its leaning tour, Montepulciano, Cortona, Assisi or even Perugia. In the late afternoon, you will be transferred to the Chianti area for a unique experience. Enjoy the beautiful hills covered by vineyards and have a fantastic dinner in a farm house, accompanied with Chianti wine. Return late in the evening to your hotel. Overnight in Florence.
DAY 7:Thursday. VENICE. (Breakfast) Breakfast in hotel. You will be transferred to the Florence train station by private bus where you will board the high speed train to Venice. Late morning arrival in Venice. A new escort will be waiting for you in Venice upon your arrival and you will be transferred to your hotel. Venice does not have streets or cars. The only means of transportation is via boat or by foot. It is built in several small islands linked by hundreds of bridges. In the afternoon join your tour guide for a walking tour including: S. Marco Square, Doges Palace, the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. Overnight in Venice
DAY 8:Friday. VENICE. (Breakfast, Dinner) Breakfast in hotel. Day at leisure. Many optional tours
