Operating from 04/01/2014 to 10/31/2014 The tour will start inside the Central Market where one of our chefs will help the participants to choose the freshest and best ingredients for the dishes. The cooking lessons begins with the basic elements of Tuscan kitchen dishes Once the menu will be completed everyone will be able to join a lunch composed by the dishes prepared during the lesson, accompanied by Tuscan wine.
PASTA COOKING LESSON price per person $69
Operating from 04/01/2014 to 10/31/2014 The cooking lesson will explain how to different dishes of fresh pasta are prepared(tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle or others). Our chefs will showand help you to make fresh pasta and traditional Italian recipes and to choose and how to prepare the appropriate sauce to accompany them. Once the pasta is cooked and the sauce is ready all the participants will try their dishes during the lunch and will taste Tuscan wine.
COOKING CLASS WITH LUNCH OR DINNER price per person $80
We will cook together with our Chef in a typical Florentine school: under his careful control we will prepare regional dishes and we will discover the precious secrets of Italian cooking. We will select a typical Tuscan menu composed by appetizer, first course or second course with a side-dish and dessert. At the end of the lesson we will taste the dishes we prepared all together during a lovable lunch/dinner.
PIZZA & HANDMADE ICE CREAM price per person $71
Learn the secrets for making handmade ice cream using quality ingredients and putting in practice the principal ideas will be revealed to the participants. You will learn the activities involved in pizza making, the creation and the working of the dough. Following the lesson, the participants partake in the sampling of the pizza, ice cream, and sorbet.

TUES-THUR-SAT: 9:15 am Depart Florence and our first stop will be in Pisa, the city worldwide known for its Leaning Tower and for its architectonic masterpieces. Our guide will lead you to the Miracles Square explaining the wonders of this square. You will admire The Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other beautiful monuments before entering inside the Cathedral (interior). You will have free time for photos and for lunch (not included) before departing for Lucca. In Lucca free time for a pleasant walk into the enchanting historical centerwhere you will have the chance to admire the Anfiteatro Square, the Guinigi Tower, San Martino Dome and the typical “antique dealer’s street”. Before coming back to Florence we will stop in a winery in Lucca countryside for tasting wine and extra virgin olive oil of local production.

With Monteriggioni & wine tasting MON-TUES-WED-FRI-SUN: 8:45 am Experience a wonderful day in the Tuscan countryside, admiring the most suggestive corners of Siena , San Gimignano, the Chianti area and try the unique flavor of local wines. Depart from Florence, our tour will start in Siena, where our local and expert guide will lead you through the steep medieval streets, admiring the Cathedral (interior), Palazzo Comunale (Municipal Building) and Piazza del Campo where the Palio race takes place every year. Then free time for lunch (excluded) We’ll continue then to Monteriggioni, well known worldwide for its wine and its countryside of unrivalled charm. The visit will continue to San Gimignano, one of the most fascinating examples of medieval towns, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco: you will have free time to discover the town. Finally we’ll stop in a farm house , where you’ll taste some of the best Tuscan wines and snack on some sliced cold meats, bruschettas, salami and cheese.

MON- WED-FRI: 7:00 am An unforgettable day dedicated to discover one of the most enchanting landscapes in the World. Four villages (VERNAZZA, MONTEROSSO, MANAROLA and RIOMAGGIORE) hanging from sheer cliffs. Upon arrival to La Spezia a local train will take us to the fist village “Vernazza”, where we will admire the intricate layout of this village with its “carruggi” (narrow lanes) and steep stairways. We will proceed to Monterosso, an ancient fishing village. Here you will have free time to eat a typical Ligurian lunch (not included). Train to Manarola. We’ll arrive in Riomaggiore. The tour ends in La Spezia. In addition to comfortable clothes, we recommend to have with you a swimwear and a hat to protect you against the sun…!!!

Our visit will start in a characteristic farm in the heart of Tuscany, where you will enjoy a tasting of typical products of olive oil and salami. Continue through Chianti’s countryside until to reach a second winery where you can taste wines with light snacks and enjoy a breathtaking scenery. We will leave for a little town called Monteriggioni, pearl of Chianti area, where you will have free to
explore.The return to Florence is scheduled in the late afternoon.
