Our New Orchestra Director Brandon Keith Brown


Brandon Keith Brown, MM in Orchestral Conducting, Peabody Institute of Music; BM in Violin Performance, Northwestern University. Third Prize, 2012 Sir Georg Solti Conducting Competition. Vienna Philharmonic 2011 Ansbacher Fellowship winner, in residence at The Salzburg Festival, conducted Vienna Philharmonic members. Conducted Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra, Badische Staatskapelle, Manhattan School of Music Symphony Orchestra, Yakima Chamber Orchestra, Macon Sinfonia, Astoria Symphony and the Orchestra Society of Philadelphia. Also conducted at 2010 Castleton Festival in Virginia under Lorin Maazel and 2009 American Academy of Conducting at Aspen with David Zinman.
