WHEN.... IS THE RIGHT TIME TO BUY?
Everyone has his or her own opinion and thoughts about our housing market - where it is and where it’s going. Is “the market” going to go lower, are interest rates going to increase, should I move up in a down market? All questions I am asked on a seemingly daily basis and all questions that anyone looking to get into the market is asking themselves.
The newest service being added to Khadija’s business is a coin operated curling iron. “Women love to feel beautiful,” she added, “and now it will be much more convenient”. Once through security and waiting for your flight, women will be able to go into the washroom and freshen up their hair before boarding the plane.
With all the services that Happy and Grateful now provides, travellers will be able to look and feel their best from top to bottom. And after visiting Khadija, there is no doubt they will leave feeling happy and grateful.
The truth is no one knows for sure. We have predictions from both sides of the fence; is the glass half full or twice as big as it needs to be. It’s best to look at the information we have at hand and form our own opinions:
