I update my blog, record videos, write programmes, read and anything else that I need to do for the week.

1700 – 2000 I usually have my semi private group sessions in at this time, varying in length.

I take Friday afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays off.

Are you or have you been involved in the community since starting your career as a Master trainer?

I have approached a lot of local sports teams, of all sports and abilities and offered them the chance to come and experience my training systems.

Do you have any advice to give to Master trainers who are just starting out in their career?

Being a PT is not about you. It is about your clients. When you can get to a level where you can understand not only what they want but why they want it then you will be successful and your potential is limitless.

Success does not come easily, and it will be hard, especially at the start. You need to constantly re assess where you are going. Do not become a generic run of the mill trainer, constantly strive to reinvent yourself. Know what you want and know how you are going to get it.
