How did you find out about EIF and why did you decide to train with us?


I researched all the major training providers and decided on the EIF because of the complete package they offer.


The EIF look to not only teach you “how to be” a PT but they also help you to think outside the box and help you to make your own decisions in what you want from your career in the fitness industry.


Did you have your business idea before you enrolled on to the EIF course?


I was completely new to business when I enrolled on the course. After having spent all my time in the Army, the business side was the hardest to grasp. It is only as time passed that I have begun to understand the importance in having measurable business goals.


What is your business called? INSYNC.

It is a joint business run with one of my close friends and training partners.

I only target a small demographic. I train athletes of all levels and ages. I also train a very small group of clients who although are not “athletes” as such, have the levels of commitment and dedication that I would find in any other of my clients.


I have a small group of 1:1 clients that I usually train in the day time. Most of my training time is dedicated to small group training. Since my clients are of similar ability the training is still tailored for their individual needs. Training small groups means that I can work fewer hours than I would do on a 1:1 basis and make over 3 times my typical hourly 1:1 rate.
