What is Watford Mencap? We are here to help people with a learning disability and their families in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere. Watford Mencap was set up more than 60 years ago by carers of people with a learning disability. We are an independent local charity affiliated to national Mencap, but have to raise all our own funds.
Everyone is individual. We discuss with people with a learning disability and their families the best service for them.
