Guy is an experienced chartered accountant and entrepreneur. Guy has built and sold his own accountancy firm, as well as pursued other commercial interests. He has part-owned and directed a number of different companies, including businesses in the property,

and retail sectors. Guy joined Smith & Williamson in 2008 and leads the entrepreneurial services group.

Joe Haslam was born in Ireland but is now based in Madrid. He is Vice President at Stratemic Capital, a boutique VC firm specialising in Disruptive Innovation investments. Martina is an Emerging Markets executive search professional. Prior to this, Martina was a healthcare investment researcher working for a global investment manager in the City. Martina is a qualified life coach and gives voluntary coaching to carers and also to individuals who wish to receive creative coaching on ideas for products and services in the healthcare arena.


Martin Leuw


Martin is a highly experienced entrepreneur, with a successful track record of value creation particularly in the private equity arena, specialising in technology, media, and communications. He is currently chairman of Clearswift, a global cyber-security specialist, and was previously group CEO of IRIS Software, during which time it grew from an enterprise value of £30m to over £500m.


Philippa Corr


Philippa is the director of Sustainable Prospects – a company focused on the talent requirements of the green economy, working to help green businesses grow. She manages talent search assignments and acts as a poacher turned gamekeeper - helping individuals transition to a green career.
