DAY 1: Small Villages, Castles And Wines Of
Piedmont.Transfer to Villa Matilde in Torino, a beautiful mansion immersed in the vineyards of the Piedmont hills. En route stop in Asti, to visit the typical village, capital of a region famous for its wine. Every Saturday, an interesting open air market takes place in the square facing the cathedral. It will be a great opportunity to learn about local culture and tasty food. After lunch ( not included ), continue to castello di Grinzane, surrounded by Langhe lush vineyards this was once part of the family of Camillo Benso count of Cavour. At the end, continue to Turin, driving along the scenic route of Roddino e Monforte, to appreciate the landscape of
Langhe.Arrival late evening in Romano Canavese, in the countryside near Turin and dinner at Villa Matilde. DAY 2: Turin, First Capital Of Italy. After breakfast, transfer to Turin and visit of the magnificent first capital of Italy: visit of Venaria Reale, then walking tour of the city. Turin is well known for the production of chocolate since hundreds of year. Your guide will offer you the chance to taste different kind of chocolate while discovering the beauties of the town. Return to Villa Matilde for dinner and overnight. DAY 3: Departure. After breakfast transfer to Turin airport.
