Specialist Software Services Group acquires Oxygen from E Warehouse
Specialist Software Services Group (SSS Group), the Reading-based business intelligence company which is driving huge growth in the software asset and business intelligence industry, has announced the acquisition of certain assets of e-Warehouse and its Oxygen help desk service. SSS Group will also take over all customer contracts, and selected staff from e-Warehouse will transfer to SSS Group as part of the deal.
SSS Group, an IT infrastructure and asset consultancy providing asset-management consultancy, compliancy advice, cost saving identification and risk mitigation opportunities for large corporate and public sector organisations will now incorporate the Oxygen Help Desk products and code to support the ongoing development of the Livingstone Platform which is the intelligent suite of software products developed by the group. Oxygen Help Desk was one of the first true 100% web-based solutions, which pioneered the first ever SaaS (Software as a Service) Help Desk application.

to a wider group of potential customers in the near future while all existing customer contracts and support will be managed by SSS group with immediate effect.
