Despite some obvious physical modifications to the property, regular hotel guests can expect to be welcomed by the 1,000-strong staff retained by Rezidor. The hotel property remains one of the


largest in Qatar with a total of 583 rooms, 14 conference rooms and banqueting facilities, as well as over 20 food and beverage outlets. Dur- ing the past year, it has hosted various meet- ings and conferences, the largest being Hamad Medical Corporation training, which made use of the hotel’s 14 conference rooms. Later this year, Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha will be one of the venues hosting the United Nations Frame- work Convention on Climate Change bringing over 10,000 delegates to Qatar.
