orld Gym Tri-Cities operates two clubs, in Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge, Ontario, and is managed by partners Marty, Wes and Sherry Hodgson.


Since 1976, when its Kitchener-Waterloo club was called


Popeye’s Gym, the Hodgson family has been at the epicentre of the local fitness scene. Like Popeye’s, the Tri-Cities clubs meet the needs of bodybuilders, fitness fanatics and everyday people who want an authentic workout experi- ence.
