Well, you guessed it. He cleaned poles, fi led the connectors on
the cables and we “fi red her up”. T e real test was to be seen out on the road. We unhooked the trailer this time and hit the interstate. Fast, slow, changing gears, revving the RPM’s, nothing…no hesitations or dancing not even a slight hiccough! And all cleaning up and tightening up our batteries. Here we are and 1,400 miles later in Halifax, NS and the truck
is still running smooth. In span of a few short weeks we were fortunate to have made
the acquaintance of, and been assisted by three helpful, friendly and truly caring individuals and their businesses who more than live up to the motto that “Customer service is #1”. And that is a very rare breed these days. And so to any fellow RVer’s, be sure to put a dot on your map,
a note in your logbook or a pinpoint on your GPS. If you are ever in their area and need a helping hand these are three people you defi nitely want on your pit crew.

Age Discrimination: Yes, age discrimination, not toward my wife and I but toward
our Class C RV at an RV campground in BC. While planning our August 2012 RV trip in BC, I phoned one
privately-operated RV campground, which shall remain nameless, and was told my Class C 1995 Corsair Aristrocrat was too old, not meeting their 1999 limit. Do other readers also fi nd this frustrating?
