Three Treasures Tai Chi Presents 8 Energy Circle Walking - A Moving Meditation for Aerobic Exercise and Relaxation

workshop leader, and retreat facilitator. Her special interest lies in helping others move toward healing and wholeness by making esoteric wisdom practical, accessible, and useful to people in everyday life. She uses an integrative approach to healing and holds many certifications in body mind modalities such as Tai Chi and Qigong, Healing Touch, Energy Psychology, Labyrinth Facilitation, and the Enneagram.
