Proprietor Tim Ferris has 35 years experience of selling homes locally. A local resident himself, and an active longstanding member of the Bearsted Round Table. Tim’s wealth of local knowledge, excellent reputation and high standards of customer service are synonymous with the success of Ferris and Co.
Meet the Bearsted Team

Barbara has been with Ferris and Co for 5 years and works within the lettings department. Barbara deals with all new property inspections as well as the administration and viewings. She enjoys the variety and challenges that each day brings with dealing with the public.
Theresa has also been with the company for 5 years, her role is sales administrator and diary co-ordinator. Theresa enjoys the camaraderie of the friendly office and has gained many new skills since she joined the team.
Frances has been at Ferris and Co for 6 years, she has 10 years experience in the lettings industry. Her role is in preparing leases, renewal management and dealing with the legal requirements of lettings. Frances enjoys the locality of the office and the excellent teamwork amongst the staff.
Justine is the most experienced member of the team having worked with Tim Ferris for more than 11 years. Her career began within the sales department but moved on to lettings when the Bearsted branch opened. She now ensures the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. Justine enjoys dealing with the public and learning the ever-changing legalities of the lettings business.
