Henry & James has added negotiator Edward Seth- Smith to its growing sales team in Belgravia.
Edward joins the firm from Faron Sutaria. Prior to becoming an estate agent, Edward worked as a relationship manager in a leading private bank, liaising with high net worth individuals. Seth-Smith has a long history
with Belgravia, as his ancestor, Seth Smith, built large swathes of the area in the mid-nineteenth century including the Pantechnicon on Motcomb Street. “I was always very envious of my
friends within the property world. It just has that certain allure. So once the market conditions became more favourable, I made the leap. I feel at home in Belgravia working with the experienced Henry & James team,” says Edward.
nEw hEad of BuSinESS for Cadogan KEElan wEStall Barbon Insurance Group has appointed Brett Sainty as its new Head of Business for commercial property
insurance specialist Cadogan Keelan Westall. Brett has 23 years’ insurance industry experience and joins Cadogan Keelan Westall from Lucas Fettes & Partners where he was Director of General Insurance and a member of the Executive Committee. He says, “I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Lucas Fettes where I made some lifelong friends and remain a shareholder, but the position at Cadogan Keelan Westall came along at a point in my career when I needed a challenge.
