Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has opened a new office in East Dulwich joining nine other offices in South East London and another 43 across the capital. Lee Watts, MD, said, “During 2010, London has seen a significant increase in the number of sales transactions compared to 2009; a level which KFH believe will be maintained in 2011. Therefore, this presents a perfect time for us to continue its expansion plans with the opening of the new KFH East Dulwich office.” East Dulwich Sales Manager, Laura Knight says, “I am delighted to be managing KFH’s new East Dulwich branch. East Dulwich has beautifully renovated period properties, which are particularly popular with families due to well known independent schools in the area.
