nEw Jordan’s officE opEns Jordan’s has opened another office in Wilmslow that will service clients throughout Cheshire, complementing the agency’s head office in the town.
Six members of staff with a combined 70 years lettings experience, will man the new office which will be headed up by Mark Payne, who has worked for Jordan’s for a number years. William Jordan, MD, said, “We’ve doubled our space in Wilmslow because of the boom in the rental market. Buying a house is no longer an option for most people. Renting is now the norm till much later in life because of the effects of the recession and personal choice. The Wilmslow area has recently seen an increase in attractive and available properties of all sizes for rent.” A recent ARLA survey of Q4

HomeXperts has relocated to bigger premises in Worcester as part of their expansion plans for 2011, which
include opening 22 new branches. Last year HomeXperts opened ten branches from Manchester to the Isle of Wight and new branches are already set to open.
