It’s powerful purple for property specialists Jacksons in Henley creating a cool and contemporary design.’
landscape pockets. The A4 has lettings and new homes. The more expensive country homes and larger estates are displayed in the A3 landscape format.” The picture above shows a totally different look by Fairfield
Displays for another agent in the area, who wanted a striking and colourful image. This design is based on the brief for an established office with a
warm but not too contemporary feel, says Janet, “We have maximised the effect by using the purple as a strong feature colour on one side wall. The strength of the purple has been offset by the use of wall mounted cable displays with A1 & A0 acrylic holders to promote large country homes and larger estates. Often the more expensive properties have extensive information
about the property in glossy packs and these have been displayed within acrylic leaflet dispensers. To add warmth to the design, the large graphics can be used to show local landmarks and images of happy customers.” The back wall in this design has a full size map in the corporate
purple showing detailed street information of the local area. The map can be made in a strong durable paper finish. Between the map and the purple feature area the white vertical painted area
creates a balance of colour and is ideal for wall-mounting a large digital screen. A 40-in screen has been mounted onto the wall and adds an additional focal point on the back wall and apparently, one of the questions clients often ask is, ‘How easy is it to update the screen?’ Much easier than it used to be, is the answer. Fairfield Displays
has researched the different digital software packages on the market and has come up with a package which is highly effective and extremely easy to use – you can be up and running within about half an hour. The CODA software package is compatible with the majority
of file formats and works well with the output of systems like Vebra which produce information in a PDF format. All you need to do is drag and drop the information making it easy for anyone in the office to keep the displays up to date. In addition to standard property details you can have a ‘tick-a-
tape’ message going across the bottom of the screen and even a live Twitter feed showing the very latest news. The total package includes all the display equipment for the
properties and posters, maps, digital signage and concept ideas of colour schemes and office layout.
