members of his team have relocated to Romans’ Woodley and Reading offices, where they now work in close partnership with Romans’ staff. “We chose to join Romans
Lettings because we felt this was a logical progression for our company,” says Jon Hallett. “We’ll continue to deliver the same

purchasers and as such is a fitting place to establish a satellite office,” says AIPP CEO, Professor Mark Sharp. “We are also fortunate to have in Simon someone who knows the Portuguese property market inside out and is also familiar with all that it means to be an AIPP member. He will be a huge help in strengthening our support to developers, agents and service companies in Portugal and to hear how we can help them.” Simon Perks,
