Every one of the team delegates smashed through the 80 per cent pass grade, some achieving100 per cent. The course, by Inventory-


portal Ltd, is designed to ensure high standards in inventory reporting to meet the needs of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). The course covers inventory


clerk professional practise, rental sector legislation and the TDS; inspection and defect


reporting; check-in and check- out processes and inventory writing systems and reports. The team candidates sat the examination and each one achieved results way over the pass mark, giving them all the option for accreditation through membership of the Licensed Inventory Scheme (LIS).
