leaders in Kent

Leaders has announced the acquisition of the letting and property management portfolios and branches of Curtis Haines in Bromley and Beckenham.

Curtis Haines has been specialising in letting and property management since the 1980s; owned and run by Richard and Brenda Haines who built up a successful market share and who are now retiring from letting. Leaders’ relationship with Curtis Haines began in the 1990s, when Leaders bought Curtis Haines’ Sutton business, now one of Leaders’ flagship branches. Some years later, deciding to focus on its core regions of operation in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, Leaders’ sold its Bromley and Beckenham branches to Curtis Haines. A proportion of those branches accounts for the business that Leaders has now bought back. Says Leaders’ MD, Paul

Weller, “We are delighted to be back in Bromley and Beckenham; both areas enjoy thriving lettings markets. We warmly welcome our new landlords, tenants and Curtis Haines staff who have joined us and we look forward to working with them. We are especially pleased to welcome back Isobel Dell, a former Leaders employee who joined Curtis Haines when we sold them our Bromley and Beckenham branches back in 2001!”
