here did the year go? Here we are heading full pelt towards Christmas and into our fourth year of publishing PROPERTYdrum! Time flies when you are enjoying yourself – although these have hardly been the easiest few years for any of us in the property industry.


However, hard work does pay off and we are looking forward to 2012 and even more hard


work, but we also have some exciting plans and, hopefully, a whole raft of new initiatives that will bring more information, innovation and interest to our readers. The first piece of news is that we had such amazingly positive feedback from the


2012 will be challenging but we’re determined to make it successful, fun and interesting. Are you?


PROPERTYdrum National Conference & Expo in September that we have bitten that bullet and booked the same venue, the Lancaster, London for Tuesday 1st May 2012! Both the conference and exhibition were so well received that we have taken much more space at the venue and next year we’ll present over 60 stands at the Expo, welcoming all the top suppliers of products and services. We’ll have room for many more delegates, with extra seminars running alongside the main sessions – more activity, more interest! We also found this year that many of the delegates and exhibitors were having such


a good time that they didn’t want to go home, so we’re launching a very special awards banquet to round off the day. There’s more news in this issue and booking will open in January, so save the date –
