Rutherford and Sembler join Casino Life team
James Rutherford, the well-known international journalist and editor has joined Casino
Life magazine as Associate Editor for North America.
Based in Atlantic City, James has been covering the global gaming industry for more than 10 years, most recently as editor of Casino Journal magazine, based in Las Vegas. He previously served as London-based editor for International Gaming & Wagering Business.
His work has been published in numerous newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Press of Atlantic City, Atlantic City Magazine and Casino Player.
As North America Sales Director, Floyd Sembler will sell print and e-media for Casino Life magazine and its broad range of products.
Sembler is a 15-year gaming trade communications industry veteran and has served in various sales and sales management positions for IGWB, Casino Journal, Slot Manager and Casino Enterprise Management.
James’ and Floyd’s appointments strengthen the Casino Life team which now has a truly global
presence and continues to provide its readers with a wealth of well-written features – available in hard copy, online and via the Casino Life App which is now freely available on iTunes.
