elcome to England! How have you found your first 6 months at MEI and the transition from Industries and Countries?
The entire MEI team has welcomed me with open arms and combined with the fast pace of our customer initiatives, the past six months have gone very quickly. This is an incredible new chapter in my career as I leverage my experience in gaming and develop my understanding of retail.
From a regional perspective, this has been a natural transition where I was able to capitalise on all my strengths and experience to join the elite team in the gaming and retail worldwide markets. My experience from past positions serving South Africa and Europe has prepared me for growing the footprint of MEI in EMEA.
What is your role as VP EMEA involve?
I have P & L responsibility for the gaming and retail segments for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with some global responsibility. MEI customers are my top priority, making it imperative that I meet with our customer base to listen and understand their needs. This process is what makes MEI products the strongest in the industry – before we begin the development

process for a product we talk to our customers to understand their requirements.
What is your style of management how would best describe it?
