it has as much natural light as possible, and that each staff member has room for their own personal space. I have to admit working at the University and dealing with the “State-issued antique white” can sometimes be a bit of a bummer.


Have Fun. Everyone wants to be where people are having fun, so make your work-


place feel happy and festive. Find reasons to celebrate together, such as birthdays, birth of a baby or grandchild, moving into a new house, etc., and having small parties to cele- brate these events. Ask your employees what would be fun for them and then implement what is feasible. Positive attitudes are contagious. Be the Ignaz Semmelweiss of your organization and spread your positive attitude with others and build a more positive work environment. W
