Our Casino Project Team is a group of internationally experienced experts and spe- cialists. They support you right from the start of the project planning and up to the technical implementation. Moreover, they are available to answer questions and offer advice at any time beyond the project closure!
Konrad Hechtbauer is the Director of the Project & Application Development Team and as such has been heading the planning and realisation of casino projects around the world for more than ten years. “Dallmeier has planned and realised the world’s largest video surveillance systems for casinos. The experience we have gained through those projects is
continuously used in our product development. Therefore, also small casinos are able to benefit from innovative and proved solutions.”
Craig Graham works as Manager International Projects. “At our German headquarters we have built a state-of-the-art FAT centre, for conducting the Factory Acceptance Test, where you can check your system thoroughly prior to commissioning. You get optimal invest- ment and cost transparency, because you can be sure that everything
runs smoothly once the on-site commissioning takes place. After all you haven’t just tested a single product but already your complete system, including network infrastructure!”
Oliver Koch is an IT specialist and responsible for network infrastructure and integration. “Through interfaces and versatile integration possibilities from and into third-party systems such as cash registers, card readers, slot machines etc you get a high-performance video information system which, apart from performing classic video surveillance, also controls
and analyses complete operations flows in the back-of-house area. We’ll show you the diverse possibilities!”
