Business Spotlight: Eagle Gymnastics
Eagle Gymnastics Academy has been in operation since September of 2004. Our mission was to become Frisco’s premier gymnastics facility by offering outstanding instruction and quality programs to children of all ages. In 2006 we were named “The Best Gymnastics Facility in Frisco and Celina” in the Frisco Enterprise Reader Choice Awards. In 2009 and 2010 we were named as a finalist for the Small Business of the Year Award by the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. We have created a mission on “Believe & Achieve” and try to instill valuable life lessons in the young athletes and staff.
Our current enrollment serves over 900 gymnasts and their families. We offer programs for children as young as 12 months through age 18. We are very proud of the progress we have made in the past five years of operation as we watch many young children develop their skills and gain a love for physical fitness through gymnastics.
Supporting the community is important to the staff and members of Eagle Gymnastics Academy. Aside from donations to local schools and organizations, we assist the Frisco Family Services with food drives and the annual Angel Ornament Tree program. Over the past two

years we raised over $3,000 for the Children’s Miracle Network to support local hospitals and last summer we raised money to fund two red blood cell transfusions through the St. Jude Research Foundation.
Our competitive program is entering into its seventh year of competition. Our boys’ and girls’ teams have won numerous district and state titles over the years and in 2011, several athletes qualified to the Regional Championships, with Travis Allen earning the Regional Title on pommel horse, rings and high bar. We also had Harrison Kaster qualify to the 2011 Regional 3 Level 6 Junior Developmental team. The tumbling team also produced Regional
Champions by sweeping the Level 3 tumbling division 1-2-3 for the 9-10 year division and the 11-12 year old division. We also had Elle Edgar and Taylor Doggett representing Eagle at the National Championships in San Antonio, Texas during July 13-16, 2011.
The future is very promising for our program as we have many young and talented athletes with the potential to compete at a very high level in the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program. Eagle Gymnastics will continue to be a name that will be recognized and talked about and the future has no limits.
