2011 Prince Philip Cup Mounted Games On Friday, April 29, thirteen Maryland pony clubbers began the fi rst round of the Prince Philip Cup mounted games competition at the Kentucky Horse
Park. T e annual competition is held in conjunction with the Rolex Kentucky T ree-Day Event, which features the world’s top four-star event riders. At the end of the two-day games competition, the MidSouth Region Gummi Bears came out on top as champions. T e Capital Region Red Bull team fi nished in second place. T e Maryland Region had two teams in the competition; the Maryland Region Wild T ings placed third and the Maryland Crabs fourth.
