Letting our Soul Shine, keeping our light shining bright and offering it to others, is one of the greatest gifts
we have. “The best things in life are free.” Oh how true! We hold something within us that is more valuable that anything we can purchase – our pure radiant light. Hav- ing the internal strength of a mountain in the midst of the elements of chaos can be challenging. That is why it is so important to become more aware of what depletes our soul and be sure that we consciously choose to engage in activities every single day that replenish and feed our internal light and soul. Outside influences can throw us off center and upset our balance. Each day we need to engage in practices that recharge and renew our spiri- tual battery. For the same reasons we bathe each day, to feel clean and refreshed; the frustrations, roadblocks and doubt are the dirt on the soul. When we are centered, grounded and connected, we have an abundant Universe from which to pull our answers. A clarity of a direct line to our higher self for our highest good.
