ith cutting-edge technology and more than 30,000 square feet of office space, the newest Space Coast
Cancer Center (SCCC) in Viera promises to become one of the premier treatment facilities in Central Florida. Located in Health First’s Viera Health Park campus, SCCC
will offer the most advanced treatment technology available in the U.S. The new facility’s close proximity to Viera Hospital also makes for a synergistic partnership that will allow coordinated treatment throughout a patient’s medical care. “It’s a collaboration where we will be providing the medical
treatment services, chemotherapy and radiation, and Viera Hospital will be providing the diagnostic imaging services, cardiovascular studies, as well as surgical and hospital care with the medical staff,” says Dr. Richard Levine, founder of SCCC. “We envision the opportunity of creating a regional cancer center for Central/East Florida. If we all work hard together, I am confident we will be successful.” The first phase of the new SCCC facility is scheduled to

With offices in Titusville, Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach, the new facility in Viera will provide an extension of the kind of care patients have come to expect and admire. SCCC is an affiliate of Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. Clinical trials, quality care studies and utilizing the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Via Oncology Clinical pathways all illustrate the focus on state-of-the-art, comprehensive medical care that the physicians and staff at SCCC provide. “With our new location at Viera Health Park, we will be bringing state-of-the-art technology and cancer care to the residents of Central Brevard County and surrounding areas,” says Nancy Payne, executive director of SCCC.
