Jaime Montemayor Senior Vice President & CIO Frito-Lay North America


Jaime Montemayor is responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of IT capabilities and services for Frito-Lay. Previously, Mr. Montemayor was senior vice president and CIO of PepsiCo Transformation, responsible for the delivery of SAP and Data IT solutions for Quaker, Tropicana and Pepsi-Cola North America. Before this appointment, Mr. Montemayor served as CIO for Frito-Lay North America and Fri- to-Lay International, including all IT operations for Quaker snacks


and foods outside the U.S. He joined PepsiCo in 1995 as CIO for PepsiCo’s Gamesa business, Mexico’s largest cookie and biscuit company. Before joining PepsiCo, he was a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton and a technical director with Oracle Corp. in Europe and Latin America. Mr. Montemayor received a bachelor’s degree in com- puter science from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico and a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University.

He has more than 18 years of executive management experi- ence and is an industry veteran with extensive sales and management expertise.

As head of IT International for Chrysler Group LLC, she is responsible for all aspects related to definition, implemen- tation and coordination of international IT strategy and activities across Chrysler business units, subsidiaries and JV initiatives worldwide. She has served on the board of the Chrysler Hispanic Employee Network resource group.

Dr. Ageenko is a visionary executive with a unique talent for using technology innovation and strategic thinking. She has a 27-year career that spans across academia, economic research, customer analytics, and financial services. As a senior vice president at top Fortune 500 companies Bank of America and Wachovia, Dr. Ageenko has provided the strategic direction for emerging technologies across the internet, digital media, and mobile services. In 2006, she led the launch of the next generation of mobile banking services in the U.S. Dr. Ageenko holds a master’s degree with highest honors in economic cybernetics and a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence. She was an adjunct professor at the Univer- sity of North Carolina, Charlotte, and has numerous publications. Dr. Ageenko is on the board of directors of nonprofit organizations and author of the book Connecting My Dots: A Woman’s Leader- ship Guide for Multidimensional Success.
